A wholesale supply firm for automobile parts and accessories will open here about March 1. It will be located in the Merrill Building, just west of the Owl Car restaurant. Two young Concordia men, Jack Regnier and Donn Scott, are partners in this new business. The firm will be known as Marion Auto Supply.

An 1867 three-cent piece was found in the change after a recent Marion High School basketball game. The coin, perhaps of some value, was discovered when the gate receipts were being counted. The operetta “Snow White” will be presented Monday night at the Marion City Building. Some of the principal characters pictured include Neil Colle, Pat Costello, Mike Wood, Marian Lawrence (Snow White), Steve Childs, Chuck Bredemeier, Garry Klose, John Sandwell, Eddie Frickey, and Steve Heinz.

At the Cub Scout Pack 102 meeting Thursday evening, Steven May received a watch for the prize in selling “Mudder’s Little Helpers” foot scrapers.
