Parents of children who will attend kindergarten this fall are reminded that the kindergarten has been moved from Bown Corby School to the new Marion Elementary School.

Dr. E.F. Vinduska opened his new dental office in Marion last week. An open house is planned later for residents to look over the fine building completed recently just south of St. Luke Hospital.

Two little cousins celebrated their third birthdays together Sunday at a family patio dinner. Kathy Diane Edmunds and Mark Alan Ottensmeier were the honored guests.

Among the featured attractions at the Marion County Fair in Hillsboro next week is the Elmer Childress family. The well-known TV personalities will appear at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Rae Jean Woerz was the honored guest at a birthday party Friday afternoon honoring her eighth birthday. Guests present were Becky and Susie Wood, Connie and Mary Robertson, Sue Woerz, Cherri Ottensmeier, Ruth Morse, and Jo Marie Mueller.

Keith Conyers left Friday to attend the national Kappa Sigma convention at Portland, Ore. He is a delegate from his fraternity at Kansas State University.

Mr. and Mrs. Anthony G. Schafers, Leonard and Dennis entertained the families of newly wed Mr. and Mrs. Martin Klenda Jr. Aug. 19 at a buffet supper.
