The seven 2- and 3-bedroom homes planned by Riddle Quarries will begin to take form by July 1. This fine addition to the city is located in the fifth block on S. Cedar St. The two-bedroom houses will sell in the neighborhood of $8,000 and the three bedroom around $9,000.

Formal approval was received this week on the sale by Paul Seifert of his local Chevrolet and Buick franchise to C.E. Cook of Topeka. The deal will take effect July 1.

The popcorn stand to be operated by Everett Burkhead, blind young county man, is expected to arrive this weekend.

Announcement is made this week of a change of ownership and management of the local International Harvester dealership.

Victor Lewerenz has sold his interest in the business to Alvin Propp. Paul Herpich has sold his interest to Lynn Christensen. A.C. Lewerenz will help in management here as well as at Lincolnville. Other personnel will remain the same.
