With a splendid break in the weather expected, the 1950 Spring Show in Marion on Thursday and Friday should attract a record number of visitors.
Tentative floor plans for Marion Community Hospital have been received from architects and are being studied thoroughly from every angle. All concerned with construction and operation of the hospital are being consulted.
Girl Scouts of Troop 4 celebrated the 38th birthday of the national organization of Girl Scouting with a progressive dinner March 15 at four different homes.

The congregation of Florence Methodist Church has voted to rebuild the church, which was almost completely consumed by fire last October.
Robert R. Brooks of Madison will take over his new duties Monday as cashier of Farmers and Drovers National Bank. He takes the place of Ross Haney, who resigned recently.
