Thursday — Chicken and rice casserole, peas, tossed salad, seasonal fruit, brownie, whole-wheat roll.

Friday — Taco salad, beans, fresh fruit, cinnamon roll.

Monday — Closed.

Tuesday — Barbecue chicken, hashbrown casserole, tossed salad, whole wheat roll.

Sept. 6 — Salisbury steak, baked potatoes, copper-penny salad, green and wax beans, apricots, whole wheat roll.

Sept. 7 — Roast pork, scalloped potatoes, green pea salad, fresh fruit, whole-wheat roll.
