Thursday — Beef stroganoff over noodles, green beans, blue plums with cake, whole wheat roll, tossed salad.

Friday — Hamburger steak, canned peas and potatoes, pineapple dream, gelatin, bread.

Monday — Beef and noodles, mashed potatoes, Harvard beets, bread pudding with apricots, whole wheat roll.

Tuesday — Roast beef, mashed potatoes, brown gravy, lima beans and peaches, whole wheat roll.

Jan. 24 — Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, gelatin with fruit, tossed salad, whole wheat roll.
