Thursday — Swiss steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, vegetable, pudding, graham crackers, bread.

Friday — Salmon pattie, scalloped potatoes, corn, coleslaw, fruit, whole wheat roll.

Monday — Oven-fried chicken, scalloped potatoes, beets, fruit, cake, whole wheat roll.

Tuesday — Pork cutlets, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, cookies, whole wheat roll.

March 28 — Hamburger steak, hashbrowns, vegetables, gelatin, whole wheat bread.

March 29 — Beef and noodles, potato patties, vegetable, pudding, cookie.
