Thursday — Grilled chicken breast salad, lime sprinkled pears, rye bread.

Friday — Pizza, tossed salad, gelatin with fruit, brownie.

Monday — Bierock casserole, mixed vegetables, blueberry crisp, whole wheat roll.

Tuesday — Herbed baked chicken, baked beans, sliced tomatoes, bread pudding.

May 9 — Tamale pie, refried beans, marinated tomato salad, peaches.

May 10 — Pot roast, baked potatoes, green beans with onions, apple-cabbage salad, cherry cobbler, whole wheat rolls.
