These criminal offenses were reported by Marion County law enforcement agencies:

Criminal trespass and theft

Richard Enns of Hillsboro reported that someone went onto his property at 2740 Chisholm Trail Road, Durham, between Aug. 3 and 10, cut a hose to a fuel tank in the bed of a pickup truck, and took off-road diesel. The loss was valued at $150.

Criminal damage

David A. Hauck of rural Burns reported that someone attempted to gain access through the back door of his home. He said he noticed pry marks to the door.

Shonda Lee Unruh of Walton reported that someone broke the driver’s side front door handle on her vehicle, but was unable to gain entry to the vehicle between July 30 and 31. Unruh was camping at Hillsboro Cove at the time. Damage is estimated at $100.

Theft

Robert L. Sellers reported that someone went onto his property in the 2200 block of 80th Road near Florence and took two cattle between July 27 and Aug. 3. The loss is valued at $2,200.
