Criminal trespass

Charges are pending against a 16 year-old Hillsboro boy who allegedly crossed property lines twice between 6 and 9 p.m. June 14 after the property owner told him not to do so.

Battery

Charges are pending against a 31-year-old man who allegedly pushed a woman during an argument. Reports said the woman fell against a wall and injured her right elbow and foot. He is also alleged to have confronted a man and pushed him during an argument. Police suspected the 31-year-old was using alcohol.

Failure to register as sex offender

A resident of the 200 block of S. 4th St., Marion, reported that a person required to register with the sheriff as a convicted sex offender had failed to do so between June 9 and 13. No other information was released.
