REPORTED
According to offense reports released Monday:
SHERIFF
Theft, burglary
Scott Schultz, 36, reported that a 2001 Chevy 2500 4x4, a 40-caliber Ruger handgun, and two bank cards was stolen at 7:30 a.m. July 4 from outside his residence in the 500 block of E. Case St. in Lehigh.
Deputies reported that the 4x4 was recovered two days later.
Battery, criminal damage
Nancy Gibson, 54, reported that one of her in-laws hit Elmer McComb, 53, and her, breaking her $50 sunglasses, at 6:30 p.m. July 6 at the victims’ home near K-15 and Indigo Rd.
HILLSBORO
Trespass
Trespass charges are pending against a 16-year-old Hillsboro juvenile who allegedly entered Main Street Ministries, 415 S. Main St., at 4:20 p.m. Thursday.
Battery
Two teenage boys who reside at the same address on N. Birch St. reported being physically assaulted at 8:25 p.m. July 8.
Police say charges are pending against the two, ages 14 and 16.
