Torie Shults, 23, reported that a black $300 women’s bicycle was stolen at 10:23 p.m. Aug. 12 from her residence in the 200 block of N. Lincoln St. in Marion.

Disorderly conduct

Officers responded to a verbal disturbance during which several items were allegedly broken and damaged around midnight on Aug. 16 at 135 N. Freeborn St. while a man was yelling profanity at his significant other.
