Luis Perez, 24, Marion, was arrested for possession of a $5 marijuana pipe he allegedly intended to use after being stopped for driving on a suspended license at 4:30 p.m. on August 28.

A front door and window at Flint Hills Gold valued at $500 was damaged between 1:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Sept. 14.
Burglary
Susan Hett, 48, of Marion, reported the theft of a lawn mower and a weed eater, with a combined value of $200, from her residence between 8 and 8:30 p.m. on Sept. 22.
Operation of motor vehicle without a valid license
Officers arrested a motorist at 8:37 a.m. Sept. 9 in the 200 block of Freeborn St. for operating a motor vehicle while not having valid driving privileges.
Driving on suspended license
Police arrested a motorist who was driving on a suspended license at 10:35 p.m. Sept. 11 in the 100 block of E. Main St.
Possession of drugs, drug paraphernalia, concealing/destroying evidence
While arresting a suspect on a warrant at 10:40 a.m. Sunday in the 200 block of S. Fourth St., officers found methamphetamines and drug paraphernalia, valued at $22, that the suspect attempted to conceal.
