Criminal damage to property

Katie Looper, 28, Marion, reported damage to a window at a residence on 230th Rd. between Old Mill and Pawnee Rds. between 7:30 a.m. and 6:20 p.m. Oct. 19. The damage was valued at $50.

Burglary

Robert Graham, 78, Goessel, reported theft of a toolbox and eight racket straps valued at $100 from a storage facility in the 600 block of Main St., Goessel, between 8 and 9 a.m. Oct. 12. Deputy Michael Ottensmeier reported that force was used to gain access to the building.
