Credit card fraud

Marion postmaster Lori Kelsey, 51, who resides at the county lake, reported that her World’s Foremost Bank credit or debit card was used without permission to obtain $1,500 between 8 and 10 a.m. Feb. 17 at an apparently residential address in Wausau, Wisconsin.
