Rusty B. Daniels, 25, Marion, was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery for making physical contact with a victim during an argument at 7:10 p.m. March 17 in the 500 block of N. Cedar St.

Theft

A theft was reported after tools were stolen from the bed of a pickup truck Thursday in the 300 block of W. Sycamore St.
