SHERIFF
Aggravated burglary and theft
Burglary of a residence and theft of $600 and a globe were reported in the 1000 block of 110th Rd. at 3:30 p.m. April 4. The value of the loss is estimated at $650.
Aggravated burglary and theft
Burglary of a residence and theft of a toolbox, grill, fishing poles, lounge chairs, a camper tripod stabilizer, and storage bin locks were reported in the 1700 block of 220th Rd. at 2:30 p.m. April 6. The value of the loss is estimated at $1,195.
Burglary and theft
Burglary and theft of a load leveling hitch and a bottle of liquid propane were reported at 2:07 p.m. April 5 in the 1700 block of 220th Rd. The value of the loss is estimated at $750.
Criminal trespass and theft
Criminal trespass and theft of three radiators was reported at 5 p.m. April 7 in the 2300 block of 180th Rd. The value of the loss is estimated at $3,126.
Burglary and theft
Burglary and theft of chairs, fishing poles, and a spare tire were reported at 2:07 p.m. April 5 in the 1700 block of 220th Rd. The value of the loss is estimated at $210.
Burglary and theft
Burglary and theft of a surge protector, 30 gallon liquid propane tank, a camp stove, a cast net, and a small air pump were reported at 2:07 p.m. April 5 in the 1702 block 220th Rd. The value of the loss is estimated at $318.
Theft
Theft of gasoline and a red metal gas can were reported at 8:30 a.m. April 4 in the 500 block of Barker St. in Florence.
Marion
Criminal damage to property
Police investigated a report of criminal damage to a 2002 Chevrolet Suburban on Thursday. Someone had drilled a hole in the gas tank of a Suburban owned by Marion County Health Department while it was parked at the parking lot. The value of the damage is estimated at $1,000.
Driving under the influence
Bryan D. Higgins, 34, Marion, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, battery of a law enforcement officer, interference with law enforcement, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, driving against restrictions, no vehicle registration and no proof of liability insurance after he was reported riding a go-cart at 4:50 p.m. April 9 on S. Freeborn St. Higgins led officers on a short chase, and was arrested after stopping at his residence in the 200 block of S. Freeborn St., according to reports.
Peabody
Vehicle burglary
Burglary of a vehicle was reported Thursday in the 300 block of N. Walnut St., but nothing was reported missing.
Two additional burglaries of vehicle were reported Thursday in the 400 of N. Vine St. The burglaries are not believed to be related to the burglary on N. Walnut St., according to police.
Minor consuming alcohol
Lance C. Boyenger, 19, Potwin, was arrested on suspicion of a minor consuming alcohol, disorderly conduct, and criminal threat around 2 a.m. Saturday in the 300 block of N. Locust St.
