These offense reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:

SHERIFF

Aggravated burglary and theft

Burglary of a residence and theft of a charbroil grill and propane tank, and damage to an RV storage lock were reported April 5 the 1700 block of 220th Rd. The value of the loss is estimated at $220.

Burglary

Whitewater Center Church reported burglary and theft April 14. Stolen was a church pew valued at $500.

hillsboro

Theft

Bob M. Williamson, 50, Hillsboro, reported a catalytic converter worth $935 was stolen from a 2002 Ford F-150 owned by Ag Power-Carquest between 2 p.m. April 11 and 8 a.m. April 13 in the 600 block of Orchard Dr. A set of 16-inch wheels worth $40 as well as a battery and wiring worth $377 were stolen from a utility trailer on the property.

Nancy J. Miller, 62, Hillsboro, reported a catalytic converter worth $888 was stolen from a 2003 GMC pickup truck owned by Lang Diesel between 1:50 and 2:15 a.m. April 13 in the 600 block of Orchard Dr.

Theft

Jennifer J. Klefstad, 44, Hillsboro, reported her keys stolen from a vehicle between 9:30 p.m. April 14 and 12:14 p.m. April 15 in the 100 block of N. Washington St.

Vehicle theft, property theft

A Ford SUV owned by Christopher D. Bernhardt, 39, Hillsboro, and worth $4,000 was reported stolen as it idled in a driveway between 5:50 and 6:08 a.m. April 15 in the 600 block of S. Lincoln St.

Also stolen were a 16-year-old’s wallet, bankcards, and driver’s license, which were in the SUV.

The vehicle was tracked to Newton when one of the cards was used. The SUV was later recovered in Wichita.

Counterfeit currency

Krystina E. Walls, 39, Moundridge, reported a counterfeit $5 bill and $10 bill at 9:45 p.m. Thursday at Sonic Drive-in in the 700 block of Western Heights Cir.
