These offense reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:

SHERIFF

Theft

A Dodge Intrepid valued at $1,500 was reported stolen between 11:05 p.m. July 12 and 7:10 a.m. July 13 from outside the residence of Beretta P. Janzen, 815 N. Main St., Florence. The Dodge was recovered the same day on US-77 between 310th and 320th Rds. where it had been abandoned after striking an animal.

Burglary

Necklaces and rings together valued at $2,500 were reported stolen between 6 and 10:30 p.m. July 13 by someone who forced entry to the residence of Regina K. Day, in the 200 block of S. Washington Ave. in Burns.

Hillsboro

Theft

An Amazon Echo worth $120 was reported stolen between 3 p.m. July 5 and 2 p.m. July 10 from Doris Lofton’s residence at Parkside Homes. No sign of forced entry was found.
