Criminal damage to property

Scott A. Hebblethwaite, 62, Hillsboro, reported 5 a.m. Dec. 14 that someone vandalized his vehicle with spray paint in the 400 block of W. B St. Cost of removing the paint was estimated at $200.

Marion

Domestic battery

Travis E. Hamm, 42, Marion, reported a domestic dispute between 8:30 and 8:55 p.m. Thursday in the 500 block of S. Cedar St. Investigation determined that he allegedly had pinched, pulled, and physically abused Krystle D. Strong, 34, Marion, and Hamm was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery and battery.
