These offense reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:
MARION
Domestic battery
Dasan Z. Wallace, 23, Marion, was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery after he allegedly pushed a 23-year-old girlfriend during a disturbance between 11 and 11:28 p.m. Saturday in the 400 block of S. Coble St.
Wallace, previously jailed Jan. 21 on suspicion of possessing a hallucinogen and drug paraphernalia, remained in county jail Tuesday in lieu of $1,500 bond.
Disorderly conduct, interference with law enforcement, battery of officers
Rexana Siebert, 44, Marion, was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct, interference with law enforcement, and battery of a law enforcement officer and a corrections officer after she allegedly yelled and cursed at nurses between 5 and 5:45 a.m. Sunday at St. Luke Hospital.
A physician and two nurses were listed as witnesses to the conduct. Afterward, Siebert allegedly resisted being handcuffed by Marion police officer Duane McCarty and then spit on his back as he was transporting her to jail. At the jail, she allegedly spit in the face of deputy sheriff Matthew Regier in an incident also witnessed by deputy Joel Womochil.
Siebert, who had been released from jail less than 24 hours before the incident, was being held Tuesday in lieu of $10,000 bond.
