Disorderly conduct, interference with law enforcement, battery of officers
Rexana Siebert, 44, Marion, was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct, interference with law enforcement, and battery of a law enforcement officer and a corrections officer after she allegedly yelled and cursed at nurses between 5 and 5:45 a.m. Sunday at St. Luke Hospital.
A physician and two nurses were listed as witnesses to the conduct. Afterward, Siebert allegedly resisted being handcuffed by Marion police officer Duane McCarty and then spit on his back as he was transporting her to jail.
