These offense reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:

SHERIFF

Burglary

Three bank cards, a cell phone, and $200 in cash were reported stolen from Nathan Unruh’s car while it was parked near 330th and Chisholm Trail Rd. in Tampa between 10 and 10:30 p.m. May 18. No signs of forced entry were noted.

Burglary

A weed trimmer and recreational equipment, together valued at $600, were reported stolen between 5 p.m. May 31 and 3:45 p.m. June 8 by a burglar who broke a lock on a shed owned by Charles Vicars, Newton, at 20th and Mustang Rds.

Theft

A $300 three-point pallet fork belonging to Michael Buller, Newton, was reported stolen from a home on N. Buller St. in Goessel between 3 p.m. June 3 and 1 p.m. June 7. David Janzen, Hesston, was listed as a witness.

HILLSBORO

Trespassing

A renter evicted by court from a house in the 400 block of S. Main St. allegedly refused to leave at 6:50 p.m. June 8 in defiance of instructions from owner Marty Hoffner, Durham. Clayton T. Lingenfelter, 23, was arrested on suspicion of criminal trespassing.
