Criminal damage

A touch-screen tablet at Mid-Kansas Co-Op’s Goessel station, 220 E. Main St., sustained damage estimated at $2,340 between 6 p.m. Oct. 22 and 1 p.m. Oct. 23.

MARION

Marijuana and paraphernalia possession, interference with law enforcement

Tabor College soccer players Xavier Sullivan, 18, of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and David Darrah, 19, Wichita, were cited for allegedly possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia and interference with law enforcement after police were called at 12:24 a.m. Sunday to a noisy party in the 300 block of N. Cedar St.

PEABODY

Threat, assault, domestic battery, criminal damage

A sibling under the influence of drugs is suspected of making a criminal threat, assault, domestic battery, and criminal damage to property between 6 and 6:22 p.m. Oct. 24 at the residence of Christopher A. Suarez in the 600 block of W. 5th St. in Peabody.

An offense report identified Emily G. Johnson of Newton as an additional victim.

An estimated $10 in damage was reported to a small statue of a deer.
