These offense reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:
Burglary, criminal damage
Ethan M. Oborny reported that a stereo valued at $200 was stolen between 2:36 and 3:44 a.m. Oct. 24 in a break-in that caused damaged estimated at his residence near 290th and Kanza Rds.
McKayla Oursler reported that a vandal caused $150 damage between midnight and 10 a.m. Oct. 18 to a tire on a vehicle at her residence in the 600 block of Marion St. in Florence.
Domestic battery, disorderly conduct, underage drinking
Austin E. Stahlheber, 20, was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery, disorderly conduct, and underage possession of alcohol as well as for failing to appear in court three times after police interceded at 12:55 a.m. Thursday in an argument between him and his girlfriend at their apartment in the 100 block of N. Jefferson St.
Stahlheber was released from jail Sunday after posting $15,000 in bonds. His girlfriend was not injured, according to a report by officer John Huebert. Alcohol was suspected of being involved.
