These offense reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:

Criminal damage

An estimated $650 damage was done to a screen door, wooden door, and window by someone who attempted between June 15 and July 1 to break into an unoccupied house in the 100 block of Elm St.

According to a police report, handles were broken off two rear doors, a nearby window was broken, but nothing was reported missing from the house, owned by Spectrum Solutions of Salt Lake City.
