These offense reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:
SHERIFF
Criminal damage
John E. Fee reported Jan. 18 that two windows on his car, parked near his residence on Random Rd. at Marion County Lake, were damaged between Jan. 10 and 17.
According to an offense report released Friday, almost two weeks after the vandalism was reported, cost of the damage was estimated at $625.
HILLSBORO
Criminal threat, disorderly conduct
Hunter Kline, 29, Hillsboro, was arrested at 1:05 p.m. Jan. 27 in the Bomgaar’s parking lot after he allegedly went at 11:25 a.m. to where his unidentified 35-year-old common-law wife worked and threatened her and her children.
Kline was booked into county jail and released four days later after posting a $5,000 bond.
Trespassing
Tenant Gena L. Craney, 49, called police at 11:07 a.m. Friday after her landlord, completing maintenance on a heater, refused multiple requests to leave her residence in the 200 block of W. Grand Ave.
Police did not arrest the landlord, who lives in Salina, but referred the matter to the county prosecutor for possible charges.
