These offense reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:
HILLSBORO
Domestic battery
Husband Jeremy Banker, 59, and wife Casey D. Banker, 38, both were arrested on suspicion of domestic battery after they reportedly slapped each other during a quarrel at 8:16 p.m. Feb. 17 at their home in the 600 block of S. Washington St.
Both were released without bond the next morning.
Aggravated battery, domestic battery
Samantha J. Ratzloff, 27, was arrested after she allegedly used a blunt object to strike her unidentified common-law spouse at 6:25 p.m. Feb. 19 at a home in the 100 block of N. Lincoln St.
Her spouse suffered what was termed an apparent minor injury. An offense report lists Ratzloff as facing two charges, but the county jail roster lists her as facing only a domestic battery charge.
She was released the next morning on her own recognizance, promising to pay $5,000 if she fails to appear in court.
Domestic battery, disorderly conduct, criminal threat, marijuana possession
No offense reports have yet been released, but two people were arrested after a disturbance Sunday night in the 300 block of S. Main St.
Jessica L. Billinger, 47, was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct, making a criminal threat, and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Clinton W. Hanna, 54, Hillsboro, was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery and disorderly conduct.
Both were released on their own recognizance the next morning, each promising to pay $1,500 should he or she fail to appear in court.
