Criminal damage, trespassing

Nancy E. Marr, Hillsboro, told a sheriff’s deputy at 4:15 p.m. Feb. 24 that someone had trespassed on her former Marion County poor farm property since Feb. 1 and had done $500 in damage to an automobile there.
