These offense reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:

MARION

Threatening, harassing, violating a protective order, disorderly conduct

A disturbance at 1:26 a.m. Saturday at a rental home in the 900 block of Highland St. resulted in the arrest of 28-year-old Jordan Simmons of Hillsboro.

He is accused of disorderly conduct and of making a criminal threat, violating an order of protection from abuse, and harassment by a telecommunication device of his 27-year-old former girlfriend, who lives there.

He was booked into Marion County Jail and released 39 hours later after posting a $10,000 bond.

He previously was jailed July 31 and Aug. 1 on suspicion of an earlier violation of an order of protection and July 27 and 28 on suspicion of stalking.
