REPORTED

These offense reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:

SHERIFF

Burglary

A burglar attempted between noon Nov. 8 and 7:30 a.m. Nov. 10 to pry open the front door of G&R Implement, Durham.

No items were listed as stolen, and no estimate of damage was provided.

HILLSBORO

Fictitious license plate

Driver Kristi J. Friesen, 49, rural Hillsboro, was arrested after her vehicle was stopped near US-56 and Industrial / Jade Rd. for having an allegedly fictitious license plate.

She also was accused of driving without a license, having no vehicle liability insurance, and possessing a fictitious, revoked, or suspended license.

She was taken to Marion County Jail and released two hours later after posting a $1,000 bond.

An offense report in the case suggests a charge of interfering with law enforcement, but no such potential charge was entered on jail booking records.
