SHERIFF
Theft
An estimated 500 feet of wire, valued at $12,000, was stolen between 2:03 and 4:10 a.m. July 28 from Funk Electric, 601 E. Main St., Goessel, according to an offense report released Friday, more than three weeks after the theft, by the sheriff’s department.
The report does not indicate whether entry was forced.
HILLSBORO
Theft
A person suspected of using drugs reportedly stole $300 cash between 3 and 3:23 a.m. Saturday from Matthew L. McJimsey, 30, at his home in the 400 block of W. B St.
Tampering with ignition interlock
Laramie J. Siebert, 47, Marion, was arrested shortly after 9:54 a.m. Saturday in the 600 block of N. Ash St. on suspicion of tampering with a required anti-drinking ignition interlock.
He posted a $2,500 bond and was released from jail 1½ hours after his booking.
MARION
Domestic battery
Katelynn D. Frye, 28, Marion, was arrested shortly after 6:34 p.m. Sunday after an incident involving her mother at a rental home in the 600 block of S. Cedar St.
No injuries were reported. Frye was released from jail Monday after posting a $500 bond.
