Leading the list of delinquent taxpayers is CK Oil & Gas of Herington, run by Charles Kremeier. It owes $8,113.81.
A phone number for CK Oil & Gas responded with a message that it was “not available.” Kremeier’s cell phone went to voicemail saying the mailbox was full. An email to Kremeier was not answered.
