Marion Senior Center correspondent
During Senior Center Day Jan. 15, residents from Hilltop Manor visited the senior center to eat, and patrons heard a program by Bob and the Boys from “Downtown Aulne.” Harold Triggs presided at the business meeting.
Norma Kline celebrated her birthday at the center Jan. 13 and Paul White treated patrons Jan. 14.
Gary and Karen Chaput picked up commodities and brought them to the center Jan. 9. All boxes were given out Jan. 10.
Evelyn Jewett, Shirley Moore, Sue Clough, Gene Winkler, Rhonda Brenzikofer, Triggs, Stuart and Virginia Hammond, and Warren Smith also helped.
The center will celebrate Kansas Day Jan. 29.
