Police report

July 13: Officers investigated aggravated kidnapping and aggravated child endangerment. A bicycle was reported stolen.

Thursday: Animal control took in two dogs that were running at large. Neither was properly tagged. The owner was ticketed for not having tags, having no proof of rabies vaccination, and allowing the dogs to run at large.

Friday: Police took a report of a theft from the swimming pool area at City Park.

Saturday: Police investigated reports of forgery and a subject trying to cash worthless checks. A subject was arrested on a municipal court warrant in another case.

Sunday: Police took a report of a dog running at large with no tags.
