Police report

Oct. 3: Peabody Police officers assisted the Marion County Coroner with an unattended death after an individual called to request assistance with a medical emergency. Upon arrival, emergency medical personnel contacted the coroner.

Oct. 4: Police conducted a records check for a cereal malt beverage license. Police conducted a U.S. military records check.

Oct. 5: An alleged domestic violence incident resulted in charges being filed against an individual for domestic battery and criminal damage to property. Police began investigation of a complaint for a habitual barking dog. The case will be filed in municipal court.

Oct. 7: A report was made against an individual for criminal trespass. The case is under investigation.

Oct. 9: Officers took a report of burglary and theft of a residence. The case is under investigation.
