Former Marion resident Pearl Beaston Ayler, 94, died Thursday in Carson City, Nev., where she resided.

She was born Dec. 4, 1918, in Marion to Charles and Augusta Beaston and married Charles Ayler. He preceded her in death.

Survivors include a son, Michael, of Carson City, and two nieces, Norma Jean Wagner of Wichita and Georgia Spohn of Tampa. No services are planned.
