Phyllis J. Ragole, 84, of McPherson, died Friday at Cedars Health Care Center, McPherson.

She was born Sept. 14, 1930, in McPherson to Orville and Mollie (Herbel) Blackman. She married Joseph Arthur Ragole on May 8, 1950.

She was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, McPherson. She was school cook when the family lived in Bogue.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and three brothers, Donald, Bobby, and Marlin Blackman.

Survivors include: a son, Joe, of Centreville, Virginia; a daughter, Janet Plunkett, of Wichita; a sister, Eldean Harms, of McPherson; six grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.

Services were to be Wednesday at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, McPherson. Burial was at McPherson Cemetery.
