Hillsboro

Nov. 16: Officers responded to a residential alarm in the 400 block of S. Washington St.

Nov. 17: Police responded to an unattended death in the 200 block of N. Washington St.

Nov. 18: Officers took a runaway from Hutchinson into custody and transported the youth to juvenile intake. Police responded to a property dispute in the 300 block of N. Main St., and took a traffic complaint.

Nov. 19: Officers took a report of a drug overdose in the 500 block of W. Grand St., recovered stolen property from a vacant residence, and took three reports of 911 disconnects at Tabor College.

Thursday: Officers took traffic, parking, and dog complaints.

Friday: After a person flagged down an officer to report a natural gas odor, Hillsboro Fire Department confirmed a high level of gas in the 400 block of S. Adams St. Police recovered and processed a stolen item and issued several traffic citations.

Saturday: Police took a traffic complaint and responded to a commercial alarm in the 800 block of E. D St.

Marion POLICE

Nov. 11: Police assisted with a suicidal patient at St. Luke Hospital.

Nov. 13: Police responded to a domestic violence incident in the 400 block of S. Roosevelt St., making an arrest and transporting suspect to the Marion County Jail.

Nov. 14: Police responded to a dog at large in the 500 block of N. Freeborn St.

PEABODY

Nov. 18: Mike Wallace of Peabody was arrested and charged with driving in violation of restrictions and driving with an expired driver’s license. Police covered a non-injury accident in front of Peabody-Burns High School.

Nov. 19: Terry Clover, Peabody, was arrested and charged with public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and direct contempt of court. David Nunn, Peabody, was arrested on a Peabody Municipal Court warrant and charged with failure to appear.

Saturday: Police worked a non-injury accident in the 100 block of N. Walnut St.

Sunday: Police took a report of felony theft and burglary at Peabody Car Wash. The case is under investigation.
