Pumpkin judging among library events

Saturday will be deadline for voting for decorated pumpkins at Hillsboro public library.

A workshop on overcoming anxiety is planned for 7 p.m. Thursday at the library. Cost will be $20, and participants must register no later than two hours before the program.

The library’s book club also will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday. Its free walking club will meet at 8 a.m. Oct. 21. A free indoor movie for all ages is planned for 7 p.m. Oct. 26. Halloween treats also will be provided Oct. 31 during Hillsboro’s Trick or Treat Main Street event.
