Tim and Amber Russell of Wichita announce the birth of their first child, a daughter, Reagan Michelle Russell. She was born at 12:04 a.m. March 4 at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita. She weighed 5 pounds, 11 ounces and was 18 inches long.

Brad and Rhonda Heerey of Wichita and Brad and Robin Russell of Wichita are her grandparents. Charles and Virginia Heerey of Marion, Betty Williams of Florence and the late Donald Williams, John and Charlene Russell and Virginia Malone, all of Wichita, and the late A.L. Malone are her great-grandparents.
