Representative Jim Ward of Wichita, will speak at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Scout House, 200 S. Memorial Dr., Hillsboro.

Ward will update citizens on issues in the state legislature. Coffee and refreshments will be served.

County Democrats will meet at 10 a.m. prior to the presentation.
