Ruth Suderman

Ruth Suderman, 87, of Oshkosh, Wis., died Nov. 19, at Aurora -St. Luke’s Medical Center, Milwaukee.

Born May 9, 1922, in Lehigh, to Daniel and Martha (Scheikoski) Jost, she lived in numerous states including Illinois, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Texas, and recently in Wisconsin to be near family.

On June 6, 1942, she married Monroe Suderman in Hillsboro.

She was a member of Algoma Boulevard United Methodist Church.

Her parents and a brother, Orville, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband, Monroe, of Oshkosh; a son, Steven of Champaign, Ill.; a daughter, Marcia Larson of Oshkosh; two brothers, Kenneth Jost of Austin and Gordon Jost of Tulsa, Okla.; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

A memorial service was Monday at Algoma Boulevard United Methodist Church with the Rev. Barry Yarbro officiating.

Burial was at Riverside Cemetery, Oshkosh.

A memorial has been established with the church.
