Marion Senior Center is collecting patrons’ Best Choice food item labels for area preschool projects.
On Feb. 23, a group from Aulne United Methodist Church celebrated Loretta Keazer’s birthday. Though she has been alive longer, she was born on Feb. 29 in a leap year, so she technically only turned 17 this year.
Sue Clough brought cupcakes and Barb Smith provided ice cream Feb. 24, their shared birthday.
Joyce Duke and her daughter, Anita Schmidt, showed and spoke about quilt care and documentation during a March 1 program. Clough and Shirley Bowers also showed quilts that had sentimental value.
Marion resident Chris Costello will speak about drones at a March 15 program.
