Tuesday — Egg, sausage, and hashbrown bake, vegetable, blueberry muffin.

April 22 — Swiss steak, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, fruit, wheat bread.

April 23 — Smothered pork chop, mashed potatoes, green beans, cinnamon applesauce, wheat bread.
