Peabody physician Randy Whitely spoke May 30 about glaucoma.

A veterans’ affairs representative will be at the center at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Wanda Williams will present a program of piano selections June 14.

A free class on balance, taught by Gayla Ratzlaff, will begin at 10:30 a.m. June 14.

Hamburgers grilled by volunteer Harlow Warneke were served May 30. The popular menu will be repeated three times in June — on June 13 and 27 and on a special Saturday “makeup” meal June 23.

The center is looking for a volunteer, mainly to work as a substitute on its two daily routes for delivering meals. More information is available from the center, (620) 382-2942.
