Marion Senior Center
School singers perform
Singers from Marion High School helped create a Christmas atmosphere by performing at the senior center last week.
Lucille Bitner helped set up a new fax machine and telephone answering device.
On Dec. 7, Shirley Bowers and Joan Meyer shared their memories of Pearl Harbor Day.
Memorial contributions are being solicited in memory of Ivanlee Timm, a longtime senior center volunteer who died earlier this month.
Physician Randolph Whitely will speak at the center Dec. 27 and an Elvis impersonator will visit at 7 p.m. Jan. 5.
The center will be closed Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
