Thursday — Marinated pork loin, garlic mashed potatoes, broccoli, applesauce, oatmeal cake.

Friday — Oven-baked fish, oven-roasted potatoes, carrot and raisin salad, gelatin cake with icing, whole-wheat bread.

Monday — Spaghetti with meat sauce, tossed salad with dressing, peas and carrots, garlic bread, lime-sprinkled pears.

Tuesday — Oven-fried chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, broccoli, tossed salad, cinnamon baked apples.

Jan. 27 — Pork roast, baked sweet potato, spinach salad, cornbread, seasonal fruit.
