Friday — Egg and sausage bake, mixed vegetables, marinated tomato salad, muffin, gelatin with pears.

Monday — Beef and noodles, mashed potatoes, carrots, pickled beets, lime sprinkled pears, roll.

Tuesday — Herbed pork roast, baked potato, green beans with onions, white cake, pineapple and mandarin oranges.

May 11 — Oven-fried chicken, mashed potatoes, broccoli, tossed salad, seasonal fresh fruit, whole-wheat bread.
