Monday— Beef stew, pickled beets, fruit cocktail, biscuit.
Tuesday— Polish sausage on a bun, mashed potatoes, sauerkraut, cottage cheese, pineapple.
Feb. 1 — Oven fried chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, peas and carrots, mandarin oranges, cake, bread.
Feb. 2 — Smothered steak, hash browned potatoes, spinach salad, fresh fruit, peanut butter cookie, wheat roll.
