People who eat at the center on Thursdays often are entertained by vocalist Gerry Henderson, who is accompanied by Keith Allison. Keith’s son, Kendall occasionally sings, as well.

Veterans representative Judy Thompson visited the center Dec. 10. She comes the second Tuesday of every other month and will be here next Feb. 11.

Marion County Home Care personnel are at the center twice a month to do foot care. Appointments can be made by calling 620-382-3690.

The group enjoyed a traditional Christmas carol sing-along Dec. 11 under the direction of Sue Clough with accompaniment by Keith Allison.
